Below are the tech news for today
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 might launch on 23rd August :
Samsung is in a rush to launch its Galaxy Note 8. Reports say that the phone would be launched in late August and might hit the stores in early September. Some sources reveals that the launch will be during a New York event on August 23rd. However Samsung has not yet confirmed the actual date.
Samsung is in a mission to beat Apple’s newest iPhone 8. In addition to beating iPhone 8, Samsung also has a goal to make the Note series great, as last year Galaxy Note 7 got a very bad remark due to the exploding batteries. Hopefully, we won’t see this to repeat this year, as there has been no reports of batteries exploding in Galaxy S8. It seems that Samsung’s has improved their batteries.
Apple to bring 3D Laser Sensor to iPhone 8 :
Reports says that Apple is working to implement a 3D laser sensor to the iPhone 8. This sensor will help improve the auto focus and work with Augmented Reality. The laser assisted auto focus will help in judging the distance to a subject and provide a better depth of field. However, sources say that 3D sensor’s technology may not be ready for this generation of iPhone release and can be postponed for the iPhone’s next model.
