Search for ‘Dark‘ in the search field. You will see two results titled ‘Android web contents dark mode’ and ‘Android Chrome UI dark mode’.
The option ‘Android Chrome UI dark mode’ is to make the interface dark. Only the title bar, header, address bar gets the dark mode. And the option ‘Android web contents dark mode’ will make the entire browser change to dark mode including the contents, background and everything.
Tap and choose to Enable in both the options. Once you enable, you will be asked to relaunch the browser. Tap on the ‘Relaunch Now’ button.

There are still some improvements to be made in the dark mode, like the black text or grey text on dark grey background is not clearly visible. Another improvement to be made is the tab switcher page where titles are dark black on a dark grey background.
