USB 3.2 is coming :
Recently USB type C aka USB 3.1 was announced. After USB 2.0, the faster version USB 3.0 was a great improvement in speeds. Later when USB 3.1 was released, the max speeds of 5 GBps (Gen 1) and 10 GBps (Gen 2) were promised if you have the right equipment. Now the USB 3.2 will give you double speeds of 20 GBps with right equipment. USB 3.2 is not yet finalised and won’t get in to market until next year. To get the maximum speed, you should have the right cable, right host and right device which supports 3.2.
Meizu Pro 7 and Pro 7 Plus Announced :
Yesterday, the latest flagship phones from Meizu has been announced. The Meizu Pro 7 and Pro 7 plus has a very unique feature with a second screen in the back below the rear dual cameras. We have heard of dual cameras but dual screen is a very unique concept. The second screen will be used to show notifications, weather, time, music and so on. You can also take selfies with the rear camera.

Meizu Pro 7 sports a 5.2 inch 1080p AMOLED display coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB Internal Storage. It is powered with a Helio P25 processor and boosts a 3000 mAh battery. While Meizu Pro 7 Plus has a 5.7 QHD Display, 6GB RAM, a choice of 64GB or 128GB Internal Memory, a Helio P30 processor and a 3500 mAh battery. Both the phones have a 16MP front camera and two 12 MP cameras at back. Meizu Pro 7 will be priced at $430 (around Rs. 28,000) and Meizu Pro 7 Plus will cost you $530 (around Rs. 34,000).
Xiaomi Mi 5X has been officially announced :

Xiaomi is popular for creating phones which are relatively affordable with decent specifications. Yesterday Xiaomi has announced its mid range Mi 5X phone. It features a 5.5 inch Full HD Display with Snapdragon 625 chipset. It comes with a 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and a 3,080 mAh battery. The phone will sport a dual camera with 12MP wide angle lens and a 12MP telephoto lens. The smartphone will be priced at roughly around $222.
MIUI 9 has been officially announced :
Yesterday, at an event in Beijing, China, Xiaomi announced the new version of its custom user interface MIUI 9. It is based on Android Nougat 7.0 and comes with lot of customisations and features.

The MIUI 9 has three new features – Image Search, Smart Assistant and Smart app launcher. The Image Search is new for Xiaomi phones. You might have seen it in Photos app by Google. This feature lets you search images by keywords like selfie, face, blue etc. It will show photos containing the keywords. Smart App Launcher is a feature which launches an app based on the screen content. For example, if you are talking about going somewhere then it can open Maps. Smart Assistant is a feature which lets you find anything from photos to text.
MIUI 9 is currently available only in china but soon it will roll out in other countries. As per Xiaomi, 2.8 billion active users from 142 countries are currently using MIUI.
Silver Nokia 6 Pre-orders are live in US :
If you are waiting to purchase the silver variant of Nokia 6, then the wait is over. If you are in US, then the model is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The phone will start shipping from August 18 onwards. The price will be $229, same as other variants.
Facebook Smart Speaker :
After Google and Amazon, Facebook seems to be working on creating a best smart speaker. The smart speaker seems to have a 15-inch touchscreen display. According to sources, Facebook may launch the smart speaker in early 2018. The smart speaker may not have a voice assistant and is expected to work based on display functionalities.
